We the members of Phi Rho Eta Fraternity, Inc. in order to form a prosperous organization must promote and establish leadership, community development, and innovative creativity. The mission of the members is to strive and do our best to help young men get the right start in life, by holding them to a "Positive Standard of Manhood" that would withstand the test of time. Other endeavors include helping them learn and achieve pride in all they do, earn respect, respect all; and promoting excellence and service to all Humanity.
Phi Rho Eta Fraternity, Inc. is a charitable organization under section 501(c)(3); and as described as under section 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(iv) of the IRS tax code.
The national philanthropy of the fraternity is the Mentor Teacher Brother program (MTB).[1][8] Mentor Teacher Brother is the polestar community development program of Phi Rho Eta. As the name illustrates, MTB revolves around the core concepts of mentorship, learning, and brotherhood. The program is designed to cultivate positive principles and attributes through one on one interaction, group learning, and unity.
